In September SPAK closes the investigations for two important files

SPAK

SPAK is expected to complete the investigations for several important files in September, including the sterilization contract, for which the former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj has also been questioned.

Investigations are continuing for the Gërdeci file, where the former Minister of Defense Fatmir Mediu is also expected to be questioned.

The Supreme Court gave approval to SPAK for the request to re-investigate the Gërdeci file.

Meanwhile, in September SPAK is completed as the 60 investigators of the National Bureau of Investigation have already been appointed and are in full operation.

Of the 22 that were, 38 of the second group have been appointed.
