They told the investigators that the 34-year-old fell off the bike at one point and then went home. After carrying out many investigative actions, the prosecutor's office and the police have exercised control over the apartments of the Miri brothers. In the house of Landi Mir, a pair of overalls were found, which were stained like red, and a pair of socks with even more red stains.

Landi Miri has not given any explanation according to the investigation file. Meanwhile, a hat was found in Saimir Miri's house, which was the same as the one that was seized at the scene where Indri Ndoj was found dead.

According to the file, the two brothers have not given explanations for these evidences. The clothes have been sent to the criminal police laboratory for DNA. Meanwhile, on the other hand, the defense has claimed that Landi Miri killed the leg and the red stains suspected as blood belong to him. The Court of Kruja has accepted the request of the prosecution and has set the security measure of detention in prison for a period of 60 days for the two defendants.
