The police have given details about the arrest of the perpetrator of the murder of Safet Hyskollar two months ago in the village of Gështenjas in Pogradec.

The serious event happened at the beginning of September and the author, Fatmir Manellari, immediately disappeared, staying in the forest all the time.

All this time he kept in touch with the family and from time to time he would come and sleep there at night and then leave in the morning, but someone who knew informed the police about it, causing the blues to intervene.

Immediately after receiving the information, the police intervened, making it possible to arrest the perpetrator of the murder for frivolous motives two months ago.

The Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Pogradec Police Station, following the work for the complete documentation of the event that happened on 07.09.2022, in the village of Gështenjas, Pogradec, where a SH citizen was killed with a cutting tool (knife), supported by operative intelligence, as well as thanks to the well-organized actions within the "Location" operation, caught and detained the suspected author, who was wanted in connection with this event, the citizen:

- FM, 63 years old, resident of the village of Gështenjas, Pogradec, after during a conflict for weak motives, he killed the citizen SH, 65 years old, with a cutting tool (knife) and then left the scene.

The materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance Pogradec, for the criminal offenses "Deliberate murder" and "Unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons".
