Cardiac surgeon Edvin Prifti has recently reacted to the accusations leveled against him in connection with the drug trafficking scheme and favoring illegal immigration.

Through a long and detailed article, Priest states that he has never given prescriptions or certificates for crossing the border to certain patients, and there is no contact point in Milan.

He also underlines the fact that although the prosecution has been investigating and intercepting him for three years, it has not found any evidence that implicates him in illegal activities.

The doctor informs that as an Italian resident there is no communication from the Italian authorities and no process in the neighboring state. He also clarifies that no monetary value was found in his office during the control ordered by SPAK.

Also in his explanation the doctor reveals that he and his family members have been threatened with death, but the authorities have not taken any action, although he had made a denunciation.

Taking my position very seriously as an investigator for two very serious charges, I did not want to comment before clarifying in court, but happened in circumstances where the "trial" is taking place outside the court with absolutely false charges and "likely facts" i feel the need to clarify anyone interested.

I have been under investigation for a year and a half and for three years! In these THREE YEARS, SPAK has not found anything to substantiate its claims, and in the meantime it continues with media games with the sole purpose of obstructing my work! The purpose is not to find the truth and the right, but simply TO PROHIBIT ME EXERCISING THE PROFESSION even in private (clear indication that the clients are not interested in public funds, but avoid confrontation with the ability). Yesterday, for the first time in these years of the Inquisition, the institution in question terrorized me and my family.

With the attempt of some to involve me already in an even more "structured criminal" scandal and what else can come to their minds to tarnish my name, as if they have done enough so far!

Regarding this issue, I distance myself from any involvement with what has been shamefully declared in the media and clarify:

1. I have never given any prescription medicine for reimbursement in Italy or anywhere else.

2. I have no contact with any hospital in Milan.

3. I have not issued any certificate for patients hospitalized in Italy. I did not issue any border crossing certificates at the time of the Covid pandemic19.

4. I do not have any kind of involvement, no matter how illegal,

5. In every control made nothing illegal was found or in direct or indirect connection.

6. I continue to be a member of the Order of the Italian Doctor and there is no formal complaint or not against me.

7. As an Italian resident I have no communication from the Italian authorities and no process in Italy.

The accusation found from the deep cavities of wickedness and bias made me even a member of the criminal group? Someone at SPAK found the "right" key to including my name in this case, and the only reason was for my name to be curved again, now ostensibly under the influence of a country like Italy to make the devil more absorbable. The media would make it even more credible. Exactly in such a case only my name is mentioned and none of the other six names ?! The same thing happened more than a year and a half ago, when "accidentally" my name was included in a fabricated fable, without any facts and reasons, even when the transcripts and evidence showed the opposite of the accusation!

The clear truth is that in this ordeal so difficult for me, SPAK has had all the time and opportunity to take the case seriously and clarify any doubts, but surprisingly has chosen to do trials and games in the media by bringing back and rivaling in a postmodernist way already, the popular trials and the model of Saloth Sar. I do not know which model this represents ?! Wait until a penitent of the law gives my name as a mastermind of a murder or when I climb into the hierarchy of incinerators or a ppp.

Let me clarify again that:

1. No black or white blocks have been found anywhere !!! It was invented and trumpeted as news and fact !!!

2. No monetary value was found in my office, although every news to this day quotes it !!!

3. The only wiretaps with my voice that prove the opposite of the accusations are hidden and have come out by chance in other cases !!!! Everything else is oral !!

4. All financial justifying documents submitted by me to the prosecution have not been considered without giving any explanation. Why does the court not appoint an independent expert by law ?, PSEEE?

5. Why does SPAK say that it is investigating public procurements, when I have not participated in ANY PUBLIC PROCUREMENT?

6. Why does SPAK use two standards for the same wiretaps, where some other individuals are mentioned who are mentioned for the same accusation as me, but they are not even questioned and not under investigation?

7. How is it possible that when I was threatened with my life and the lives of my daughters as well as by a man with a criminal record for whom I had reported to the relevant institutions, I was imprisoned, but Spak did not "find it necessary" to put my minor children in defense even though their father was not near you.

8. How is it possible that in all months of wiretapping 2020-2021 there is no evidence, fact or evidence?

When I was so dangerous criminal involved everywhere, why is there no evidence against me, but ugly games are played without asking that you have before a doctor who has sacrificed his whole life for a profession that I have always performed with passion and devotion! 9 people have been arrested after creating a corruption scheme in the Italian national health system. Initially, the request was made by the Albanian doctors, who sent the patient's name to Italy together with the diagnosis, and then, the answer was received by the Italian doctors, who agreed on the treatment in their country. But in fact, this scheme served the citizens to cross the border. During the action, more than 500 thousand euros were seized from the bank accounts of the suspects and drugs with narcotic content in the amount of 20 thousand euros.
