Nancy VanHorn assumes the role of US Chargé d'Affaires in Tirana, gives a message in Albanian (VIDEO)

Nancy VanHorn, the US Chargé d'Affaires in Albania, took office on Monday.

As announced by the diplomatic headquarters in Tirana, VanHorn wants to discover and learn more about Albania.

Nancy VanHorn says in Albanian that she joined the US Foreign Service in 2007 and that she worked as a diplomat throughout Eastern Europe.

In charge of work at the American Embassy, ??she expresses her commitment to support Albania on its path towards integration into the European Union, but also to strengthen the ties between the two countries.
