The court of Saranda has left the two brothers Xhoi and Xhanelo Tarja in prison indefinitely, who are accused of murdering 41-year-old Klodian Bakiaj.

They appeared in the courtroom with tears in their eyes. The two young men who worked as waiters will be charged with intentional homicide and "Producing, keeping, buying or selling cold weapons without a permit".

For this crime, the administrator of the hotel in Saranda, Genci Ahmeti, 41 years old, where both brothers worked, was also arrested, after trying to hide the incident.

The murder of 41-year-old Klodian Bakiaj from Tepelena happened after a fight over a parking space near the hotel. The 41-year-old man was stabbed in the heart and died in Saranda Hospital.
