" I didn't see anything. My eyes were dark and I had the devil in my mind ". This is how Taulant Malaj confessed, the 45-year-old who killed his 16-year-old daughter and the neighbor with whom he suspected that his wife was cheating on him.

When the carabinieri arrested him, he was still in the clothes of the crime, stained with blood and had left the kitchen knife inside the car. In a confused state, he asked: "How is Jessica, is she okay?"

The 5-year-old boy had escaped the hands of his angry father after hiding behind the couch and when the carabinieri arrived, he trusted his uncles.
