Today's session against Ardian Çapjas and other prisoners for the murder of Gentian and Nezir Beqiri in 2012 was accompanied by tensions.
The penitent of justice Ervis Bardhi, who is accused of being one of the perpetrators of the double murder, has shown the details from the way he met Gentian Beqiri in the cells of Peqin prison, in establishing friendship with him and the occasional home visits of Beqir.
He further gave the details of receiving the order for their execution, where he shows that he had three meetings with Florenc and Ardian Capja.
"Ardiani told me whoever goes up there to Gent Beqiri will be killed. I agreed to kill him with Olsi Leku only for the money. "I did not have any conflict with Beqiri", said Bardhi during his testimony in the court session.
Then Ardian Çapja intervened, who said that Ervis Bardhi is an ordinary fraudster and constantly lies.
How the murder happened
On August 15, 2012, 40-year-old Gentian Beqiri was executed in his apartment, in the neighborhood "Old Sport", Elbasan. Witness of the serious event was his father, Nezir Beqiri, who passed away a few minutes after his son. It was initially suspected that Nezir Beqiri had suffered a heart attack after the event, but the forensic examination determined that the elderly man lost his life as a result of the numerous wounds he received on his body. Executors hit him several times in the lungs, causing him to bleed and after a few minutes in the city emergency, he even found death.
The perpetrators of this murder are suspected to have been Ervis Bardhi and Olsi alias Jorgo Leku, who committed the crime in exchange for 50 thousand euros.
It is suspected that the murders were committed for revenge motives, because in 2005, Gentian Beqiri was accused by the justice authorities for the murder of businessman Sokol Çapja, a murder which took place in one of the bars in Elbasan, near the University "Aleksandër Xhuvani"
