Korça police confirm that 26-year-old Martin Çeço, who was found in the reservoir of the village of Kolanec a few days ago, has been killed.

The investigative group uncovered the driving and handcuffed the three perpetrators. The citizens were handcuffed:

- Bleti Angjo , 38 years old, resident of Peshkëpi village, Pogradec (previously convicted of theft);

- Valter Mollaj , 43 years old, resident of Marjan village, Korça;

- Edlir Mollaj , 35 years old, resident of Marjan village, Korça.

The Police Services, after removing the dead body of 26-year-old M. Ç. From the tank, have created suspicions that it was a criminal event, since during the examination, on the body of the 26-year-old, signs were found in the part of the throat.

Thanks to the professional investigative work, evidence and information gathered by the investigative group, it was documented that the three citizens arrested, in cooperation with each other, on 12.06.2022, took the victim M. Ç., In the village of Kolanec, and after killed (strangled), for weak motives, dumped his body in the tank, to cover the event and to stage a suicide of the 26-year-old.

The materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Korça, for the criminal offense "Premeditated Murder", committed in collaboration.
