The Constitutional Court of Albania (GJKKO) upholds the claim of vote manipulation in Durrës, in the parliamentary elections of May 11.

The decision was made by Judge Flojera Davidhi, after the rejection of the report by SPAK prosecutor Ols Dado, who had transferred the case to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office for jurisdiction. The Special Court requests SPAK to launch investigations into the case.

After the decision, Kalaja spoke to the media, demanding that those who tampered with the votes be held accountable.

"The issue of the vote is more important. Those who tampered with the votes should be held accountable," Kalaja told reporters.

Aulon Kalaja, the Democratic Party's open list candidate in the May 11 elections, had filed a complaint raising charges of electoral crime, but the prosecution initially considered the case outside its jurisdiction.
