'Passat' vehicle hit by bullets

The barrage of bullets during the execution of Glimando Dani on the afternoon of November 12 also hit a citizen's "Passat" car that was parked nearby.

According to Democratic MP Besart Xhaferi, the vehicle belonged to a member of the Democratic Party's Youth Forum, who was in the car at the time of the assassination, while waiting for his mother who was returning from Spain on the same plane that 47-year-old Gilmando Dani and 40-year-old Muçi Shaljani Sheqeri were arriving in Tirana.

"I spoke to him. He was inside the car, he is very shocked. Fortunately he survived, but imagine what you would say to a young man after this event, who narrowly escaped, by a few centimeters. His car was hit by four bullets. Thank God there were no other victims, God saved the people who were nearby," MP Xhaferi told Euronews .
