Judge Enkeleda Hoxha is released from prison

The Special Court of Appeals has released from prison the former judge of Kruja Enkeleda Hoxha. Former Chief Secretary of the Court Manuela Mallkuçi was also released from prison after completing her sentence.

The Special Court sentenced Hoxha to 3 years in prison, but due to the shortened trial, he benefited 1/3 of the reduction of the sentence. The former judge was also given an additional sentence for not exercising any public function for 5 years.
