Oliger Torba has been appointed head of the Tirana Police.

Torba was appointed deputy director of the Tirana Police in April of this year, after previously being deputy director in Fier.


Torba's appointment as head of the capital's police force comes in the wake of recent changes among the blue uniforms.

Movements in the Police were noted not only in Tirana, but also in Berat, Korça and Elbasan.
