Bled Haka

The one you see in this photo is Bledi Haka, 42 years old, a person with a criminal record. A few days ago, he entered the perimeter of the Rinas airport and headed to the parking lot with the mission of stealing a car. The young man, carrying a rucksack on his arm, entered the parking lot and spotted a "Range Rover" vehicle owned by a businessman from Elbasan, who had left the country.

The perpetrator manages to pry off the car key and gets inside. Police sources told Report TV that the 42-year-old started the car and drove away, but made sure to turn on a GPS jamming device, which made it difficult for police to track him. The car was later found after monitoring the security cameras, along the entire route that the thief had taken, who parked it in the garage of a building in the Astir area. Investigators suspect that the car would be used in the future by Haka for criminal events.

That day, the owner of the garage, Ernis Morinaj, who is suspected of being an accomplice, was declared wanted, but the police have not yet managed to locate him. He and Bledi Haka do not appear to have left the territory of Albania, referring to the TIMS system. Police sources inform that in the last few weeks two more "Range Rover" cars have been stolen in the territory of the Vora Police Station. Bledi Haka results in significant previous criminal precedent.

In May 2020, he was arrested together with another person after the police found weapons with him. A year earlier in 2019, weapons and money were found in his car, while in 2012, Bledi Haka was injured in the premises of a bar in Tirana, after a massive fight between several people due to a betting debt. The use of stolen cars in criminal events has become a worrying phenomenon as in most cases it delays the investigation of criminal events but often prevents their discovery.
