Five people have been arrested in Rome, including Matteo Costacurta, known as 'The Prince'. 

The 38-year-old is called Prince as he bears a surname of Venetian nobility. Costacurta has a house in Olgiata, runs a B&B in the San Pietro area and is passionate about Polo and is very active in parties.
