The police of Bilishti arrested a 27-year-old woman in the early hours of this Tuesday morning for disturbing the public peace. The arrested citizen is Deizi Arapi, while her 23-year-old sister, Jessica Arapi, has also been prosecuted.

The two young girls started shouting in the city while they were traveling in their vehicle, thus disturbing other citizens in the late hours of the night.
