According to statistics, Shkodra has already returned as the 'center' of murders in Albania, turning the 'northern capital' into a clash between gangs like Palermo in Italy used to be.

In just a few months, 6 murders have occurred in this city, which have also affected people who are not connected to the world of crime. But the connection with their relatives or friendship with people with criminal records has turned them into targets of executions.
