Top Channel reveals other details from the investigative file on the murder of the Portuguese tourist in Ksamil, where Sokrat Vata is accused as the perpetrator.

After the crime, the latter asked the club's DJ to take him to the hospital, without telling him what had happened.

In the file provided by Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha, he says that he took her in the car to take her to the hospital, but after a few minutes he asked her to stop the car, where he got out and then saw her throw something with force.

"Around 05:00 on 18.08.2026, I saw security guards running towards the entrance of the club. Then, when I was in the restaurant area, a group of panicked work colleagues came and told me, 'take Sokrat and take him to the hospital because you have a car nearby.'"

Sokrat Vata came towards me, covered in blood from head to toe and holding his hand under his shirt on his stomach, and he said to me several times, "Where is your car? Take me to the hospital. Hurry up..." I informed the manager about the situation and then ran to get the car from the parking lot, and when I went outside, I saw a group of tourists helping a person lying on the ground.

I took the car and at the top of the bar, Socrates got out, who had gotten into the back of the car and immediately headed towards the Ksamil health center, where Socrates told me on the way 'just go straight' and after two or three minutes when they went onto a cobblestone street, Socrates told me 'stop here' and ran away barefoot. A few meters away from the car, I noticed that Socrates threw something with force", he told investigators./TCH
