"You kissed a minor girl", handcuffed the Albanian in London: "No

An Albanian was arrested in London, after kissing a minor girl on the cheek. The footage shows the Albanian who tries at all costs to manipulate, and even pretends that he does not know the English language.

But the two police officers have taken the situation in hand, and even asked the Albanian for a means of identification.

Although he said "No English", the police put handcuffs on him to accompany him to the police station and to respond to the gesture, "JOQ" reports.
