'The life of a witness is in danger', the lawyer of Pjerin

" The life of a witness to the murder of Pjerin Xhuvani may be at risk ", this danger was highlighted to the Prosecution at the Elbasan Judicial District by lawyer Rezarta Tahiraj , who represents the family members of Pjerin Xhuvani.

In the session of February 1, this witness, answering the questions of the lawyer Tahiraj and the prosecutor, stated that he saw and that he can identify the two armed persons who, together with others, had surrounded and threatened the victim before he was killed.

" With his statements in the process, this witness may have indirectly contributed to the discovery of the mystery of the pistol shells of different calibers expertized by the police.

The evidence that he saw these two aggressors contributes, among other things, to clarifying that before the arrival of the doctor, among the components of the paramilitary structure of vote protection or their collaborators, not only the killer had weapons, but of course these two other people and maybe also others.

Who will protect the witness from the danger that those two unidentified armed persons put his life in danger or threaten him to force him to change his statements ", says Tahiraj .
