Former judge Pajtime Fetahu appears at SPAK for questioning

Former Elbasan judge Pajtime Fetahu appeared today at SPAK for questioning.

On September 19, the Special Court (GJKKO) changed the security measure from "prison arrest" to "house arrest" for Fethau, who is accused of being suspected of connections and favoritism with Suel Çela's group revealed by wiretaps on the Sky Ecc application.

Her name also later surfaced again in the SPAK operation "Golden Bullet 2" for criminal groups, where over 30 arrest warrants were issued. Former judge Fetahu is suspected of having links to the stories of the brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja, to whom she provided secret information.

The former judge is suspected of receiving 11,000 euros, a gold coin, and expecting a mobile phone from members of the "Çopja" criminal group. She is accused of corruption, and resigned from the justice system on November 16, 2022, just days before she was due to undergo the Vetting process.
