Defense Minister Niko Peleshi and Interior Minister Bledi Çuçi in a statement to the media have reacted again regarding the incident that happened in Gramsh where 2 Albanian soldiers were attacked by 2 Russian citizens and a Ukrainian.
Minister Peleshi said that the institutions acted on time and properly. The minister stated that the case is being seriously investigated and that it cannot be ruled out that it was done to draw attention to another event.
'There are several levels of classification of military property. Undoubtedly, those that are classified are not easy or even impossible to break into. We have other sites which can be visited, but the visit is only with permission. This is the case of our three factories. Various weapons are dismantled in Gramsh. The last activity was last year. It has ceased to function as a factory. We are dealing with a group of foreigners who have not even attempted to visit that military zone with permission according to the procedure. The Gramsci event is being treated very seriously. It could be an event that we don't really care what they photographed, but it could be intended for another scenario. We live in a delicate region. Not all states have the same agenda. It is not excluded that it was done to draw attention from another event.- said Peles.
