After more than 80 days after the triple murder that happened in Memaliaj, the police and law enforcement bodies still do not have a concrete name or suspect as the author of this event.

Silvana Kalemi , the mother of Aleksandër Sadikaj who was killed on June 11, 2022 near TEG in Tirana and at the same time the sister of Shyqyri Kalemi, who was killed on July 20, 2024, along with two others, says that she has given the police the names of the perpetrators or those who ordered both murders.

"Today we will address you as the mother of Aleksandër Sadikaj and the sister of Shyqyri Kalemi. We are powerless to change what happened, but we have faith in the justice of the Albanian state, so that the competent institutions will bring to justice the authors of of this serious act. We have sent them to the Police Directorate of Tirana. We have faith in the state police. There were 3 or 4 people with tinted windows and they shot and they have been seen from afar, the State Police is aware of them. I have made it public and now Ledjon Hallushaj and his company are the authors of my son's murder," he said. she.

The execution of Aleksandër Sadikaj, executed with a remote control explosion that was placed in his car near TEG in Tirana, seems to have brought about the revenge saga that has so far produced more than five victims.

Even the citizens of Memalia demand clarification of the events as soon as possible so that the saga of murders does not continue and the small town is also safe.

"These things must not happen again. No one deserves to be attacked in that way, it is unacceptable", said Pamela Maca.

The serious attack that took place in Memaliaj on the night of July 20 left the target of the perpetrators, Shyqyri Kalemi, dead, while two innocent people were also killed, the waiter of the bar Gledian Muka and the customer Marsel Cela.

The saga of the murders

June 11, 2022 -   Aleksandër Sadikaj is killed in a remote control explosion. The 27-year-old was Kalem's cousin. Sadikaj was driving on the axis known as Sauk-TEG. The perpetrators allegedly placed a substantial amount of 150 grams of tritol controlled by remote control in the front of the car which was activated while moving.

December 16, 2022 -  Six months later, Sarandiot businessman Edmond Papa is killed in Tirana.

The murder was revenge for the murder of Sadikaj. Andrea Kalemi's friend, Albano Velo, has been arrested for his execution, while another friend, Andreë Bode, is being sought. Kalem's name is also mentioned in the investigation file.

On August 9, 2023- Andrea Kalemi escapes the assassination attempt on the island of Pax in Greece, while he was on vacation with his 3 children and his wife.

On December 14, 2023- Andrea Kalemi is injured with a knife in "Koridhalos" prison in Greece. According to the Greek media, the author was a 28-year-old Egyptian.

On January 8, 2024 - the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana completes the investigations and submits the criminal file against Andreë Bode and Albano Velo to the court. The prosecution says that the Pope was allegedly killed in revenge for the murder of Aleksandër Sadikaj, known as 'Sanço'

On January 12, 2024- There is an attempt to kill the brother of Andrea Kalemi, also known as Adriatik Kalemi. From a moving car, a Kalashnikov was fired at the Smart in which Zamir Kalemi was traveling. The young man was wounded in the leg.

July 20, 2024 -  Shyqo Kalemi, 74 years old, father of Andrea and Zamir Kalemi, is executed in the bar. Gledio Muka and Marsel Çela were also killed by Kalashnikov bullets.

After the crime, the perpetrators quickly left in the direction of Mallakastra with a vehicle which they allegedly burned in the village of Bejaj, Mallakastra.
