Journalist Sokol Bregu, invited to "Top Story", gave some details about yesterday's murder in Kavajë, where Arjan Gosa died.
"Although the murder was not covered up, the person wanted everyone to know that he was the author of the murder. He didn't even cover up, he came to perform it. He got too close, tried not to do any more damage in his criminal act. It was simply a call of blood for him, forced by the family or not, that belongs to another matter", said Bregu.
"The victim had a criminal record and in such cases the police do not take preventive measures. In over 90% of cases when such persons with a criminal record feel threatened in their lives, the police do not move or do anything to prevent it. Should it be different? "Absolutely, the police do not choose people, they serve the community, because the community is scared or shocked by a murder that takes place in a part of the city, in a public place," explained Bregu .
According to him, this event could have been prevented, but the police do not have these conditions.
