AP testified in the trial of Amar Shkëmbi and Bledar Polovinë, a separate trial for the assassination attempt on Arian Ndoja and Aleksandër Laho , an event in which the driver, Andi Maloku , lost his life .

The witness is the person on whose land the assailants abandoned the vehicle along with the weapons after the November 2019 incident. The car was found by his children.

"Two of the children have fled Albania, they are outside in the camp. I will take my wife and the other child, I will leave too. They have also raped me at the police station, another day they hit me on the head with a crowbar. In the village they call me a SPAK spy, they have even followed me in expensive cars. I am not safe here, I am not sure that I can take a bullet."

Judge Paulin Cera questioned and at the same time invited the witness to file reports with the police and the Special Prosecution Office.

Also, SPAK prosecutor Adnan Xholi told him that he would immediately make himself available to BKH investigators to follow up on his concerns regarding the threats, but the witness said that he had decided to leave Albania.
