Among the 60 witnesses called by Laert Haxhiu's defense in the trial against his group, who is being tried as the leader of a criminal group for 14 serious crimes, including murder, assassinations, TNT explosions and armed robbery.

In this trial, Bashkim Rajku , the father of singer Noizy ( Rigels Rajku ), whose property was the target of a criminal incident involving TNT in Durrës 4 years ago, testified .

Bashkim Rajku: 4 years ago, there was a TNT explosion in my business. I was asleep, we heard about the incident, we went downstairs and found the bar destroyed. The apartment is on the fifth floor of the same building. We heard the noise. The staff and saleswomen were working there, there was no work, the bar was closed. The bar was open as an activity 3-4 years before the incident. I don't remember the names of the employees, they have changed several times in the past 4 years. The activity is run by my grandmother, Anisa, because we don't have this business alone, we have 5-6 others that the girl manages. Anisa was abroad at the time. The boy (Rigersi) was asleep, because it happened late, I don't remember, he may have been abroad. The boy lives alone, in the same building. I was stressed because I was wondering who came down and who didn't. Sir (prosecutor), I am 65 years old, I don't remember what I ate yesterday, you ask me if the boy came or not, where do I remember all that time. When we got down, the windows were broken, the materials inside were damaged. The bar is located on the ground floor. There was a camera, I don't know if they were working, there was no guard. I spoke to the boy, I don't even know who did it or why. I have no conflicts over justice issues. The boy is an artist, how do I know if there was a conflict or debate. At the request of SPAK, the court waived the questioning of Rajku's daughter, who appeared in court.
