New details have been revealed from the massacre with 4 victims in Dobraç, Shkodra, an event that happened on October 30.

According to Report TV, two weeks ago the police arrested in Shkodër the person who had stolen the "Range Rover Sport" type car in Durrës that was used by the perpetrators of the crime and was burned after the murder.

His arrest has been kept secret by the investigative team with the claim that it may help them solve the murder.

The author of the car theft was interrogated several times to show if he knew about the circumstances of the murder in Dobraç, but at no time did he agree to give statements.

His testimony is considered key for the Shkodra police and SPAK prosecutors who are investigating the case.

The vehicle turned out to be stolen and reported by the owners on April 17 of this year.
