The assassination that killed Gilmando Dani and the AMP agent, the Tirana

Three months after the mafia assassination near Rinas airport, where Emiljano Shullazi's right-hand man was executed, the Tirana Prosecutor's Office has declared incompetence and transferred the file to SPAK after suspicions that the event was committed within the framework of a structured criminal group.

In the assassination attempt on November 11, 2025, Gilmando Dani and the agent of the Police Surveillance Agency, Muçi Shaljani alias Sheqeri, were killed, who died in the hospital 4 days later.

After the Tirana Prosecutor's Office conducted verifications, it concluded that the competent body to investigate the criminal incident is the Special Structure.
