The Special Prosecutor's Office requests the exclusion of the judge in conflict of interest, Ilirjana Olldashi, from examining the appeal of Jamarbë Malltez for the removal of the sequestration that was placed on his 25 assets.

SPAK's request has been reviewed by judge Miliana Muca and a decision is expected. Also, SPAK appealed to the Supreme Court against Olldash's decision to release Malltez from prison.

A few days ago, it was revealed by the media that in 2015 Judge Olldashi bought an apartment in the towers built in the former Partizani complex at a much cheaper price than the market, 65 thousand euros, estimated at 712 euros m2.

The apartment where she lives was built by the company Homeplan, which is at the center of the process and there is a shareholder, Jamarbër Malltezi, a person under investigation for passive corruption and money laundering who was in prison, and who, with the sudden decision, the judge released him.
