The Supreme Court rejected the request of Sali Berisha and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi for replacement and revocation of the security measure.
Berisha has been under house arrest since December 30 of last year after the decision made by judge Irena Gjoka.
The former prime minister and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, are accused of having committed violations in the privatization procedures of the former "Partizani" club complex, in cooperation with each other, at the time when Berisha was prime minister.
