The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) has rejected the request of the former Minister of the Environment, Lefter Koka, to change the security measure.
Lefter Koka has been left in prison again by the court and will stay in the cell until the end of the investigation into the incinerator issue. He is accused of abuse of office, money laundering and corruption.
We remind you that a few days ago the Special Court decided to release the former Socialist MP Alqi Blako, changing the measure from "prison arrest" to "house arrest". Blako is also under investigation for the incinerator affair.
