Posaccme Anticorruption returned to SPAK the file on doctor Edvin Prifti for completion of investigations.

Judge Elsa Ulliri has given prosecutor Sotir Kllapi a two-month deadline to complete the file and then resubmit the request for it to go to trial.

The decision was taken at this Tuesday's session, which lasted more than two hours.

In February of this year, SPAK closed the investigations and sent the file for trial to GJKKO on Edvin Prifti, for whom four charges have been brought, " passive corruption" in 7 cases, "theft committed by misusing the money", "Hiding income" and "money laundering ".
