SPAK has provided official information on cocaine trafficking from Latin America to Europe.

According to SPAK, the international network has trafficked over 6 tons of cocaine, with a market value of 411 million Euros. 16 people are under investigation.

The brothers Artur and Klevis Hoxhosman, Ermir Ndreaj owner of several companies, as well as Ilir Lloshi were arrested respectively in Palasa and Elbasan.

Plarent Dervishaj and Erion Alibej, were communicated the charges in the detention facilities, where they are held for other serious criminal offenses, such as murder and mafia assassinations.

The group's crackdown came after the breakdown of hundreds of communications on Sky ECC but also the testimony of the repentant Erion Alibej, known by the nickname "Crime".

Thus, the State Police has shared the footage of the action carried out to arrest some of them, as well as the seizure of large sums of money and luxury items.

Weapons, expensive watches, luxury vehicles and other valuable items for the investigation are seized.

In the framework of the "OROLOGI" operation, from the Sector for the Investigation of Criminal Groups, to the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime, to the Criminal Police Department, in cooperation with the structures of the Directorate of the Special Operational Force, the BKH and the Local Police Directorates of Tirana, Durrës, Elbasan and Vlora, it was possible to execute the criminal decision of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime of Tirana, for the assignment of the personal coercive security measure "Prison arrest" for citizens:

AH, 42 years old, resident of Tirana.
E. N., 44 years old, resident of Tirana.
PD, 53 years old, resident of Durrës, is currently in the detention facilities of the ECI, "Jordan Misja" Street, Tirana.
KH, 37 years old, resident of Tirana.
E. A. (alias E. D., alias AD), 39 years old, resident of Elbasan, is currently in the detention facilities of the ECI, "Jordan Misja" Street, Tirana.
I. Ll., 39 years old, born and resident in Elbasan.

While for the citizen DP (alias DB, alias ES), 38 years old, resident of Vlora, it was not possible to execute the security measure, as it was not found; was declared wanted.

Suspected of committing the criminal offenses "Trafficking in narcotics", committed in cooperation, in the form of a structured criminal group, "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal organization or group" and "Structured criminal group".

During the operation, numerous checks were carried out, from which the following were seized:

3 pistol-type firearms, 43470 euros, 5000 Swiss francs, 3 vehicles, including a Mercedes Benz AMG G63, a Volkswagen Golf 7a and a Volkswagen Sharan, 1 luxury boat of the brand "Hull Works Sarock 40", manufacture of 2025, registered in the name of a commercial entity, 1 Rolex watch model 126613LN, 1 watch Richard Mille, McLaren model RM50-03/68, 16 mobile devices, mainly of the iPhone and Samsung brands, some with active SIM cards, 19 international bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), issued in the name of persons under investigation, bank and financial transaction documents with accounts in the United Arab Emirates, Germany, Italy and Panama, 1 drone, 8 Hikvision brand hard drives, with a capacity of 6TB each and other items that serve the investigation.

The procedural materials were passed to the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime, Tirana, for further prosecution.

The State Police remains maximally committed to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the country and abroad in the fight against organized crime.
