A fire truck has been engulfed in flames during an operation to extinguish a fire in the village of Jaran, Bajzë administrative unit, in Malësia e Madhe.

The incident occurred as the firefighting team was trying to isolate the source of the fire, but due to the strong wind, the flames spread rapidly and engulfed the vehicle.

Three other fire engines arrived to assist them, managing to bring the fire under control and avoid a major danger to the surrounding area.

Local authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the fire.
