Police have criminally prosecuted a 33-year-old Dutch citizen after he was filmed in the New Bazaar area of Korça raping his daughter.

He is seen grabbing the minor and pulling her by the hair, as the little girl cries.

The girl was held by the hand of her mother, who did not react at any moment to the violence exerted by her husband towards the minor, as they continued on their way.

"From the statements given to judicial police officers, it emerged that the citizen who had grabbed the minor girl by the hair was the girl's father," the police informed.

Meanwhile, criminal proceedings have begun against the 33-year-old with the initials MU, a Dutch citizen, for the offense of "Ill-treatment of a minor."

* Immediately after the publication of several images, published on social networks, showing the moment when two citizens (a man and a woman) appear on the street with a minor girl, where it is clearly visible that the man grabs and pulls the minor girl by the hair, the services of the Korça Police Commissariat have carried out procedural actions and have made it possible to identify and escort to the police station the citizens shown in the video. From the statements given to the judicial police officers, it resulted that the citizen who had grabbed the minor girl by the hair was the girl's father.

At the conclusion of the actions, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen MU, 33 years old, a Dutch citizen, for the offense of "Ill-treatment of a minor".
