One of the suspected perpetrators of the murder of Renato Hoxhaj, an event that occurred in April of this year in the city of Vlora, has been arrested as a result of the police operation codenamed "On the Trail".

Kleanth Bylyku, alias Armando Gega, 42 years old, resident of Vlora, was arrested. He is suspected of being a co-author in the shooting death of Renato Hoxhaj, an event that occurred on April 27, 2025 near the Vlora Polyclinic.

It is learned that the 42-year-old had the role of the killer's assistant. On the day of the murder, he traveled in the same vehicle as the person who executed him.

The murder was ordered by Dubai to kill the security guard of the construction site.

The executioner has fled to Greece and remains on the run.

The 42-year-old arrested Kleanth Bylyku was the person who helped him with the movement, provided him with the necessary information about the victim, and even provided him with the firearm, as confirmed.

He was an important part of the group set up to kill the 58-year-old. There are also other people involved in this incident who have been identified but have not yet been arrested. Work continues to investigate the incident and to capture the arrested people.

For the people involved in the incident, there was also a court hearing at the Vlora court, which ordered the security measure for all of them to be held in prison in absentia.
