File "5D", GJKKO rejects Redi Molla's request for changing the
Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime

The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime rejected a request by Redi Molla, who requested a change in security measure from prison to house arrest.

The decision was made by a judging panel consisting of the trio Flora Hajredinaj, Flojera Davidhi and Erjon Bani.

We remind you that the court has started hearing witnesses for the file in question. According to SPAK, the company 5D Konstruksion sh.pk was de facto owned by Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato.

They are suspected of having benefited from tenders from the Municipality of Tirana in violation of the law.
