Prime Minister Edi Rama held an online communication on social networks where he focused on freeing up public spaces. He stated that all illegal platforms will be removed and the process will not be selective.
"One thing we will have to say is that it is very important to have patience, it is very important to cooperate, everyone to make their own denunciation and it is very important to be clear that nothing selective will be allowed here. Of course, attempts will be made, someone will turn their back, someone will close their eyes. Nothing selective will be allowed. How? By cooperating with the community and the authorities ," said Rama.
He also announced the opening of a special portal to report all cases.
"They will all be removed, they will all be removed. They will be removed step by step and it is a very good thing that all of you participate in this process by continuously submitting complaints. A special portal "My Space" will also be opened where everyone will be able to submit complaints until the mind is divided that here you cannot be pushed beyond the border where community life begins ," said Rama.
The head of government said that anyone who does not respect the measures will be punished in such a way "that they will not even think of starting the game over again."
Rama emphasized that after this action to free up public spaces, "Urban Renaissance 2.0" begins.
"We should turn these spaces into beautiful spaces for the community. Things cannot remain like this. We will have to intervene with urban planning projects to create beautiful public spaces," said Rama.
