The person protected by me argued with the two employees who were guards, he used a pepper spray because he felt threatened at the moment, this was the incident. We asked to get acquainted with the materials, but the Prosecutor's Office falls short and says that our accusation is based on evidence. My client does not accept the decision, asks for a more lenient measure. So far, no one has contacted me either from the Russian embassy or from the Russian embassy to ask about my client," he said.

Saimir Vishaj, the lawyer of the Ukrainian citizen Fyodor Mihailovic in a statement to the media after the decision of the Elbasan Court that left him in prison, said that his client had no connection with the Russian services.

He called it a violation of procedure that his client, a Ukrainian citizen, was interrogated in Russian, thus denying him his official language.

"Regarding my client who is from Ukraine, his official language has been denied. You can't ask in Russian, even if you understand this language. Regarding the accusations, you heard it yourself that the police failed. There are only two criminal offenses left, assault due to duty and securing data. There is no criminal record for taking pictures. The person protected by me is a Ukrainian citizen and had no connection with the Russian services", said lawyer Vishaj.
