A worrying situation has been affecting healthcare personnel in the country for weeks.

Doctors, nurses, sanitation workers and management staff report that they have not yet received their salaries for December 2025, despite having continued to work without interruption, even during the year-end holidays and under conditions of civil emergencies.

The complaint received by the VoxNews editorial office shows that the problem affects not only the service at the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital Center , but also other hospitals in the districts.

Healthcare workers say they feel ignored by the responsible institutions, while attempts to obtain explanations about the delay in salaries have been met only with silence.
