According to the police, Tirana and not Durrës, is the last place where Ervis Martinaj disappeared, while the police officer Jeton Lami has refused to speak a word.

Dokle was interrogated and showed that he stayed in Tirana, in his apartment, the whole time. He has even asked the prosecutor's office of Laçi and the State Police to investigate everything possible for his complete verification in this mysterious case.

The open conflict between Martinaj and Dokle came to the surface and publicly, after the testimony of Nuredin Duman, who told SPAK that together with Henrik Hoxha, Martinaj had paid 500,000 euros to kill Endrit Dokle.

But this is not the only case that Martinaj has conflicts, as another group known in Tirana as the "Klani Duka" has had significant disagreements with Martinaj's group, also registering victims.

At the same time, Ervis Martinaj openly clashed with Ervis Mata's group on October 4, 2018 in the area of ​​the former block, being himself injured along with Eljo Hato and Fabian Gaxha killed.
