Police have arrested the perpetrator of the injury of a minor yesterday afternoon in the village of Gjegjan in Puka. 

Citizen Robert Cara, 17, was handcuffed. The latter wounded an 11-year-old boy in the leg with a firearm, inside the premises of the minor's father.

According to sources. the teenager went to the bar with a gun to shoot the 11-year-old cousin, with whom he had a previous conflict. The moment he did not find him, he shot at the minor, injuring his leg.

Initially, the juvenile was transported to the hospital of Puka and then transported by helicopter to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana.
