Morina Border Crossing Point

Morina Border Police have arrested a person declared wanted by the Vlora Police, after being accused of raping a minor. The citizen Emiliano Kovaçi, 19 years old, resident in Vlora, was handcuffed.

He was caught trying to enter the territory of Albania through the border point of Morina. A 15-year-old woman from Vlora has filed a report against Emiliano Kovac, claiming that the latter had violent sexual intercourse with her.

"Emiliano Kovac is charged with the criminal offense of Sexual or homosexual violence with violence against minors aged 14-18."

Further procedural actions for this citizen will be performed by DVP Vlora.
