A serious incident was recorded in Korça, where a 31-year-old woman was burned with gasoline by her husband.

The latter, Bledar Trëndafili, went to the woman's rented apartment where he doused it with gasoline and set it on fire.

The woman Melisa Trêndafili was injured and is receiving treatment at the city hospital.

Police sources indicate that the couple was in the process of divorcing, while the blues of Korça have been searching for the suspected perpetrator since he left the apartment after the incident.
