Ersida Dyrmishi, 30-year-old mother of two children, was declared missing by her husband on 25.07.2022.

In her testimony, the young woman said that she was held against her will by Marjus Musaku from July 25 to August 3. The young woman filed a complaint with the Durrës police together with her husband.

Musaku from pre-trial detention spoke to "Albania LIVE", asking for his release, since according to him there is no evidence that he should stay in prison. He added that it's all Ersida's revenge, since he caught her cheating with her husband's friend, to whom she was married.

" I am in a serious condition. All my rights have been violated. I submitted the phone to the court as evidence, two phones where there are all the conversations with Ersida. I have asked the court to open them. But they were deleted because they said there is nothing there. I have had it for 1 and a half years dear. They are all with evidence .

Several people were interrogated, Ersida's psychologist. At 14:00 to 16:00, every day Ersida and I went to the hotel. The owner of the house where I was staying also testified. I'm suffering, I have my whole life ahead of me, I have a sister. I caught Ersida with her husband's friend.

The two phones must be opened, if I am guilty I will be hanged. Did the matter go to court? Expertise has come out. Telephone tapping. My trial has been postponed because they are defending each other. A judge is missing, they say. I just want justice to be served. I call on Minister Ulsi Manja to look at my file. There is no violation. Ersida and her husband disappeared from Albania. They have corrupted the judges.

I have not communicated with anyone. I have never been questioned. I stayed on strike for 20 days to be interrogated and taken to the emergency room. They never took me. Ersida has never appeared in court ," he said.
