A few days ago, Elbasan was shocked by a serious event, where 33-year-old Madrid Ulqinaku was killed with a pistol. For the crime, the police arrested a person, Eiden Dino, while they announced the wanted author, Horigito Peqini, and his associate, Klaudjan Sallufi.

Horgito Peqini was said to be the nephew of Eduart Peqini, otherwise known as Mandela of Elbasani, the leader of the most notorious gang of 1997, who is now in prison serving a life sentence.

But Horgito's uncle, Gentjani, has denied any kinship with Mandela of Elbasan.

"The person who committed that murder is not Mandela's nephew. I am Horgito's uncle. I condemn what my grandson did", said Gentjani for ABC.

Furthermore, Hogito's uncle asks the justice to investigate the incident to the end, as it must be clarified once and for all what connected his nephew with a 33-year-old man.

Gentjani emphasizes that many times he has come to Albania, he has met Horgito's friends, who are the same age as him, and that he does not understand what could connect his grandson with a 33-year-old.

"I strongly condemn my nephew's action. I want to express my condolences to the family of the boy who was killed. But I call on the police to investigate the incident, to understand whose pistol it was, and what was the reason my nephew was hanging out with a 33-year-old man. I live abroad, but every time I have come to Albania and met my nephew's friends, I have seen that they are all the same age, and I don't understand what my nephew wanted with a 33-year-old. "My nephew must be punished for what he did, but the police must investigate the incident to the end," Gentjani further emphasizes.

Meanwhile, the uncle of the young man, Horgito Peqini, spoke about the testimony given by Eiden Dino to the police, who said that before the incident, Horgito and Klaudjani drank drugs.

According to Gentjani, his grandson did not even smoke cigarettes, therefore this event should be investigated to the end by the police.
