Laert Haxhiu, whom SPAK accuses of being the organizer and leader of a nine-member structured criminal group, began committing criminal acts in revenge for the 2005 murder of his uncle Klodian Haxhiu's son and continued after the arrest of his two close friends, Anterio Kaloshi and Orgest Bilbili.
Led and organized by him, SPAK says that the criminal group undertook concrete criminal acts to kill people who were considered members of the opposing criminal group, which at the time was led by Aldo Bare.
The criminal acts of this structured group did not only target the life and health of opponents, says SPAK, but also the destruction of property, through the use of explosives, or the commission of acts of theft with the use of weapons.
According to SPAK, with the exception of the murder of Çajup Selim and Albi Bashaliu, all murders, robberies and TNT attacks carried out by this group on the orders of Laert Haxhiu were carried out in revenge against people he considered part of or supporters of Aldo Bare.
