'They wanted to fuck with me', the story of the student from Peru who

A 23-year-old woman from Peru, but living in Italy and who traveled to Albania, insisted to the police that two young men sexually harassed her, after they had invited her to celebrate.

According to Kamza Police, the denunciation of the girl with the initials VCZ asked for help from a girl, begging her to call the police as soon as possible.

The young woman was being chased by a person, later identified as SV, who, together with another peer, asked the girl to take off her clothes and touched her body, asking her to have sex.

After being escorted to the police station after the report, the adventure of one of the boys continued in the detention cells, where he assaulted the three escorting policemen, because he refused to remove the gold pendant from his neck.

The student's confession: I was stitched up naked

So far, the police say they have arrested the KV citizen, who according to the Peruvian woman's complaint, touched her arms and body, until she begged the other guy who had invited her for coffee to leave her alone, as they were bothering her.

But even this one, when they were sitting alone, stripped naked and asked the student to do the same, who begged him: "I'll give you money, take the bag, take whatever you want, but don't touch me ".

When confronted with SV's insistence, the young woman told the boy that her mother was calling her.

In an instant, says the Peruvian, who lives in Italy with her mother, where she is studying, she escaped from his hands and climbed the stairs to get out, but he was naked and stitched from behind.

“He grabbed my bag and I let go. A young girl, who was in the yard, saw the chase, I begged her to inform the police", says VCZ, who went to police station number five and told the incident.

The police say they found the bag thrown in a corner of an alley, as the young woman described to the authorities the hotel where she had been staying since arriving in Tirana, where she underwent an aesthetic intervention.

How I met the boy from Kukësi on the bus

The Peruvian student stayed in a hotel with her mother. During the month of July, she decided to travel to the city of Gjirokastra, after the cosmetic surgery was successfully completed.

"On the bus I met a guy, who introduced himself to me as SV. He spoke Italian and we talked, he told me about his life. On the way back, we exchanged numbers, Instagram and social networks", - the student declared to the police.

But inadvertently, she had deleted Kuksian's number and when he called her, she did not open it, as she was unable to identify the caller.

" On Instagram, SV wrote to me ", - adds the complainant, police sources inform me. Interested in meeting and drinking coffee with the charming boy, the student accepts his invitation and then SV sends her the location. She informed her mother and left for the bar with music.

"When I went there, I found SV, and another Albanian who was born in Italy, but was of Albanian origin, as well as SV's cousin. The latter started touching my back and chest. I made it known that I was not interested and to be clear I got up and danced with A., the girl of Albanian origin. When she was dancing, her cousin SV shouted at her and started an argument, until the bodyguards arrived there and did not allow us to continue."

The youths, according to what the security cameras show, have gone outside and after an argument between them, on the one hand the fanaticism of SV, and the objections of his cousin, it was unclear why he was not allowed to dance. While A., it turns out that she left nervous.

Peruania continued to stay with the two boys, moving with their vehicle to another environment.

Nuk po flisnin italisht dhe s’po kuptoja asgjë”, - thotë e reja. Duke mos mjaftuar kjo situatë, e reja për të qenë e sigurt i ka dërguar lokacionin të ëmës.

Por kuksiani që e kishte ftuar, e ka qetësuar dhe më pas peruania pa që kushëriri i tij u largua. “Pasi kemi biseduar në lokal, S.V., nisi të më prekë, i kujtova se festa mbaroi dhe duhet të kthehesha pranë mamasë. Më kërkoi që ta njoftoja mamanë që do qëndroja me të. Kundërshtova“.

I riu, sipas përshkrimit e ka paralajmëruar se nëse ajo nuk i heq rrobat do t’ia heqë ai. Dhe gjatë përleshjes, e reja i ka shpëtuar nga duart, duke u ndjekur pas nga S.V., që ndërkohë ishte zhveshur lakuriq.

Policia thotë se pas këqyrjes së kamerave dhe përshkrimit, peruania ka kryer njohjen e të rinjve përmes fotografive në sistemin TIMS, duke konfirmuar identitetet e tyre.

Njëri i identifikuar si S.V., dhe tjetri si K.V. Ky i fundit u arrestua, ndërkohë që kuksiani tjetër vijon të jetë në kërkim policor.

Bëhet me dije se kur K.V., u dërgua në komisariatin numër pesë për dyshimet e ngacmimit seksual, si fillim ai është kontrolluar bazuar në rregulloren e policisë që ndalon mbajtjen e sendeve, si rrip pantallonash, cigare dhe çakmak.

“Në dhomën e shoqërimit, kur iu hoqën këto sende, polici raportoi se i riu nuk pranoi të dorëzonte me procesverbal varësen e floririt”, - denoncon polici i parë tek kolegët.

Me shenja në fytyrë dhe i gjakosur ai shpjegon se si u sulmua prej të dyshuarit nga Kukësi.

KV is also accused of opposing and beating three policemen, who were photographed and the violence is proven by the marks on his face.
