On Wednesday afternoon, on "Gjon Buzuku" Street in Tirana, a 16-year-old girl took the extreme act of ending her life.

The young woman, in a serious psychological state, decided to cut her dreams short by jumping from the height of a building under construction.

And while the police are working to fully unravel this incident, other details have been learned from the media.

It is said that the girl filmed the moments before the act with her cell phone, showing herself climbing the stairs of the palace and the place where she ended her life.

So far, it is suspected that the 16-year-old has had conflicts with her family, while the latter have so far not given their testimony to the investigative group, due to the serious emotional state they are in.

Meanwhile, the investigation team found some medication during a search of the girl's bag. More details regarding this incident are expected in the future and authorities are investigating to shed more light on the reasons that led the young woman to take this extreme action.
