Lawyer's denunciation: Supreme Court breaks down decisions to die and

Lawyer Salvini Vishaj denounces that for files in the Supreme Court, since 2016 and onwards decisions are being broken for dead persons, or who have served the sentence.

According to him, decisions are being made on arrest measures for dead people and to condemn who have finished suffering the sentence.

Vishaj's Facebook post:

(Cuffs) They're not for every man... What's going on in the Supreme Court with the 2016 files and the ongoing criminal college...

Decisions are being made in the advisory room without the parties, neither a prosecutor nor a lawyer or notice for the convicts... We went back 20 years with the Supreme Court when they tried three judges...

They're ruining decisions on arrest measures for dead people...

They have allergies to Article 59 of the KP... They're not saying anything about those who did 3 years of probation service as an alternative sentence or lpk.

They're ruining decisions to convict who have finished suffering the sentence...
